Program Details

The Group Fitness program provides students and members with an opportunity to participate in a variety of group fitness offerings that encourage and support a healthy lifestyle in a fun environment!  We offer a diverse listing of classes hosted year-round in Studio A or Studio B.  Class offerings include cardio-based, strength-based, mind/body, Spinning® and aqua classes.  We also offer various options of class pass types and pricing.  Come take a class today!

Free Group Fitness Classes During Exam Week!
All Yates members are welcome to come give our Group Fitness classes a try for FREE during exam week: Sunday, April 30th through Saturday, May 13th, 2017. There will be a revised Group Fitness schedule during this time- check out the schedule linked below!
