Program Details

The Group Fitness program provides students and members with an opportunity to participate in a variety of group fitness offerings that encourage and support a healthy lifestyle in a fun environment!  We offer a diverse listing of classes hosted year-round in Studio A or Studio B.  Class offerings include cardio-based, strength-based, mind/body, Spinning® and aqua classes.  We also offer various options of class pass types and pricing.  Come take a class today!

FREE CLASSES

Summer 2017 Promo Week Schedule

THE DETAILS
Unlimited Group Fitness Passes will be for sale in the Main Office from 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday and 9:00am-1:00pm on Saturdays.
Discounted Unlimited Class Pass prices are ONLY available during Promo Week. 10-Class Passes will not be sold during the Summer 2017 session. Single class passes and Unlimited passes will be sold in the Main Office for full price beginning Saturday, June 10th.
Promo Week Prices: $40 Student, $45 Non-Student
Regular Prices: $45 Student, $50 Non-Student
Student ID is required to receive student prices. Yates Membership is required for purchase.
Accepted Payment: MasterCard, American Express, Visa, GoCard, or personal check. Cash is not accepted.

Summer 2017 Group Fitness Full Schedule
Beginning Saturday, June 10th, Yates will revert to a regular Group Fitness schedule for the remainder of the summer session. Please check back here for the schedule, to be posted by the end of May.
