Personal Training

In our Personal Training program, we aim to help clients reach their fitness goals and promote a healthy lifestyle. All fitness levels are welcome! Our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers trainers will design a tailored fitness program that reflects your needs. Trainers will also evaluate and modify the program according to your changing needs. Sessions last approximately 1-hour in duration.


Personal Training is available to Georgetown Students, Faculty/Staff, Alumni, and Community Members (Dependents 18 and over). A membership to our facility is not required to participate in Personal Training.

Getting Started

  1. Submit a Personal Training Interest Form below to help us get you started toward your fitness goals!

Assigned Personal Trainer 

  1. We will contact you within 5-7 business days if you have been matched with a trainer.  If we could not match you based on your needs/availability, we will email to let you know you have been waitlisted.
  2. If you have been matched, reply to our email to confirm your continued interest in training, choose a training package, and set up an initial assessment with your trainer. 

Choosing a Training Package

  1. All Personal Training packages are outlined above. If you are still unsure which package to select, you can gather more information from your assigned trainer. 

Pay Online

  1. Sign into your ActiveNet account. 
  2. Upload your card information so that we can charge your account for the personal training package you choose. Instructions for uploading your card can be found on our memberships page.
  3. After confirming with your PT which option you are interested in, your ActiveNet account will be charged for that package. All sessions must be paid before starting personal training. 

Complete New Client Registration Packet

  1. We will then send you the “New Client Registration” packet to complete via DocuSign. Please note: this paperwork should be completed prior to your initial assessment so your trainer can review it in preparation for your first session.

Begin Training

  1. Now you can begin your initial assessment! Congratulations on the start of your health and wellness journey!
