In our Personal Training program, we aim to help clients reach their fitness goals and promote a healthy lifestyle. All fitness levels are welcome! Our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers trainers will design a tailored fitness program that reflects your needs. Trainers will also evaluate and modify the program according to your changing needs. Sessions last approximately 1-hour in duration.
Personal Training is available to Georgetown Students, Faculty/Staff, Alumni, and Community Members (Dependents 18 and over). A membership to our facility is not required to participate in Personal Training.

Please Note: A fitness assessment is required prior to the beginning of any training session.
Submit a Personal Training Interest Form below to help us get you started toward your fitness goals! After your submission is received, the Assistant Director of Fitness & Wellness, Deona Hatley, will email you within 3-5 business days to provide more information and explain next steps.
