We are now offering in-person group fitness classes once again! All classes will take place inside of Studio A within Yates Field House. Please note that Spinning(r) classes are suspended until further notice. Information about our Group Fitness Program offerings can be found below.

Program Details

The Group Fitness program provides members with an opportunity to participate in a variety of offerings that encourage and support a healthy lifestyle in a fun environment! We are currently hosting cardio-based, strength-based, and mind/body classes virtually via Zoom.

Access & Registration

We will be offering free in-person group fitness classes to current Yates Field House members for the duration of the Spring 2022 semester (February 14 – April 30, 2022).

To register for classes, you must first create a free IMLeagues account. Learn how to create your IMLeagues account. All participants must register for classes through this site in order to receive access to our weekly class offerings. Details for attending the in-person classes will be sent directly to your linked email address upon successful registration completion. You can also download the IMLeagues app to sign up for future classes right from your phone!


It is a requirement that you register separately for each class you wish to attend throughout the week on IMLeagues. Registration will open 1 week prior to each class.

The regular Spring 2022 semester schedule will run from Monday, February 14 to Saturday, April 30, 2022.

Private Group Fitness Class Requests

Interested in hosting a group fitness class for your group? We offer private classes taught by one of our certified instructors for student organizations, club and athletic teams, and other campus affiliates! We are able to tailor the session for your organization’s needs and offer a variety of class formats suitable for all fitness levels. Click the link below for more details or to submit a request!
