Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Barre
Barre is a ballet-inspired, full-body workout. Practice choreography based on ballet exercises incorporating ballet barres and small tools such as bands and light weights. Each class is driven by regularly changing playlists, including pop, dance, R&B, TikTok, and global music. Barre is designed for every fitness level.
BEAT
BEAT (Barbell Exercises At Tempo) is a full-body, rhythmic weightlifting workout. Each track works a muscular group through the use of a barbell, paired with free-weights and bodyweight. BEAT exercises are set to world music rhythms to increase functional strength, power, control, and endurance. BEAT is designed for every fitness level.”
Bootcamp
A training class that mixes traditional bodyweight exercises with high-intensity cardio intervals and strength training. Each class is designed to push you to work your hardest no matter what your fitness level!
Core Training
Get ready to strengthen and sculpt your core with our invigorating core circuit workout class! In this class, you’ll engage in a series of exercises that focus on core strength and stability. We will guide you through a circuit-style workout incorporating various exercises that target different areas of your core, ensuring an effective workout. Join us for a core circuit workout class and experience the benefits of having a strong and stable core.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
High-Intensity Interval Training is a circuit-style training class where participants will be doing various exercises that consist of body weight calisthenics, and light to intermediate weight training. This class is a great fit for all fitness levels because exercises can be modified to accommodate each participant’s fitness needs.
Hip-Hop Step
Get ready to groove and sweat with our high-energy step aerobics class. This dynamic class combines the intensity of step aerobics with some of the most memorable dance moves of Hip Hop, creating a unique fitness experience. Step aerobics will help strengthen and tone your muscles, improving balance and overall body coordination. This class suits all fitness levels, no dance experience is required! Bring your energy and join us for the ultimate fusion of fitness and fun!
Power Yoga
Power Yoga is an athletic and faster-paced yoga tradition to help you build heat, strength, and flexibility at whatever level you’re at. Expect to sweat! You’ll flow through a series of postures, starting slow and building heat, linking breath to movement. Classes might vary in focus—from balance to strengthening/opening certain muscle groups to healing to fun peak poses. But, as the class mirrors the typical Vinyasa flow structure, you’ll enjoy a nourishing cool down to soak in the effects of the practice. All levels are welcome.
Power Flow Yoga
This vinyasa-style class is ideal for the yogi looking to deepen their yoga practice while leaning into more difficult poses such as Warrior III, Inversions (handstand variations, flying lizard), and Hot Tree variations (plus more). You will experience a moderate/intermediate yoga flow focusing on balance, core strengthening, and muscle stretching.
Restorative Yoga
This slow and gentle class will allow you to rest and reduce stress levels with long holds in relaxing and supported postures. As your body relaxes more, we will utilize various meditation techniques including breathwork and visualization for further relaxation.
Spinning
An all-terrain ride that will burn calories, build strength, and improve fitness. The energetic music motivates each rider through various speed and resistance challenges. Each class will take you on a creatively designed ride to maximize your fitness potential. All Fitness levels are welcome!
Strength Circuit
This strength training circuit combines a series of full-body exercises that target all major muscle groups. From compound movements to isolated muscle exercises, this class will challenge you to push your limit and maximize your gains. All Fitness levels are welcome!
Taylor Swift Yoga
Power Yoga is an athletic and faster-paced tradition of yoga to help you build heat, strength, and flexibility at whatever level you’re at. Expect to sweat! Perfect for Swifties, this themed class will flow through series of postures, starting slow and building heat, linking breath to movement. Vinyasa Yoga Flow
This vinyasa-style class is ideal for the future (or current) yogi, who is looking to gain a foundational understanding of yoga poses at a beginner/moderate pace. Together we will lean into the importance of linking breath to movement, stretching our muscles, and having some play time on our mats.
Yoga Flow
An energetic form of Yoga where you will flow from pose to pose while connecting your breath to movement. This class will help you build strength, flexibility, blance and mental stamina. Beginner experience is suggested, but not necessary.
Zumba
Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, afrobeats, hip-hop, pop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso. No dance experience is required.
