Group Fitness Class Descriptions

A low-impact, high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class will be held in shallow water and is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Exercises are performed to lively, motivating music and are effective and easy to follow. Participants are welcome to wear swimming caps, but not necessary.

Barre is a ballet-inspired, full-body workout. Practice choreography based on ballet exercises incorporating ballet barres and small tools such as bands and light weights. Each class is driven by regularly changing playlists, including pop, dance, R&B, TikTok, and global music. Barre is designed for every fitness level.

​​BEAT (Barbell Exercises At Tempo) is a full-body, rhythmic weightlifting workout. Each track works a muscular group through the use of a barbell, paired with free-weights and bodyweight. BEAT exercises are set to world music rhythms to increase functional strength, power, control, and endurance. BEAT is designed for every fitness level.

Led by a Certified Personal Trainer, get ready to strengthen and sculpt your core with our invigorating core circuit workout class! In this class, you’ll engage in a series of exercises that focus on core strength and stability. We will guide you through a circuit-style workout incorporating a variety of exercises that target different areas of your core, ensuring an effective workout. Join us for a core circuit workout class and experience the benefits of having a strong and stable core.

This slow and gentle class will allow you to rest and reduce stress levels with long holds in relaxing and supported postures. As your body relaxes more, we will utilize various meditation techniques including breathwork and visualization for further relaxation.

This slow and gentle class is beginner-friendly and will incorporate static yoga stretching (holding poses for a set amount of time 1-3 minutes). We will focus on reducing soreness, while increasing flexibility and allowing for moments of relaxation and reflection.

Immerse yourself in the dynamic energy of our Spinning®️Fusion class, a unique fitness experience that efficiently blends indoor cycling with targeted stretching off the bike. Feel the adrenaline as you ride through various Spinning®️ Energy Zones™️, pushing your limits in a motivating group setting. Transition seamlessly into a carefully crafted stretching session, designed to enhance flexibility, improve recovery, and promote overall well-being. This 60-minute class offers the perfect combination of cardiovascular intensity and mindful stretching, creating a holistic workout that leaves you energized and rejuvenated. All fitness levels welcome!

This 45-minute class is an all-terrain ride that will burn calories, build strength, and improve fitness. The energetic music motivates each rider through various speed and resistance challenges. Each class will take you on a creatively designed ride to maximize your fitness potential. All fitness levels are welcome!

Get ready to groove and sweat with our high-energy step aerobics class. This dynamic class combines the intensity of step aerobics with some of the most memorable dance moves of Hip Hop & Pop, creating a unique fitness experience. Step cardio will help strengthen and tone your muscles, while also improving balance and overall body coordination. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, no dance experience is required! Bring your energy and join us for the ultimate fusion of fitness and fun!

This class incorporates standing and seated positions to target all major muscle groups through dynamic stretching (moving through a range of motion that stretches your muscles) and static stretching (holding a position for a set amount of time). Add this class into your schedule to help you fight stress, decrease the potential for injury and stay pain-free. Open to all fitness levels!

This high-energy class combines strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises to target every muscle group for a full-body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is designed to boost your endurance, tone muscles, and enhance overall fitness.

This vinyasa-style class is ideal for the future (or current) yogi, who is looking to gain a foundational understanding of yoga poses at a beginner/moderate pace. Together we will lean into the importance of linking breath to movement, stretching our muscles, and having some play time on our mats.

An energetic form of Yoga where you will flow from pose to pose while connecting your breath to movement. This class will help you build strength, flexibility, balance and mental stamina. Beginner experience is suggested, but not necessary.

Yoga sculpt is a dynamic yoga practice, combining Vinyasa (flow) yoga with periods of Hatha yoga postures and light handheld weights to focus on building strength and stamina with mind-body connectivity. All fitness levels welcome.
