Kathleen Collins-Bell has been the Director of the Racquet Sports at Georgetown’s Campus Recreation for the past 15 years. She has over 40 years of tennis experience. The program includes tennis, squash and racquetball, and is among the best in the DC area. High-quality instruction is offered to University Faculty, alumni, students, children, and non-members ranging in experience from novice to advanced. Kathleen oversees a staff of 10 adult and student pros. 


Kathleen holds a B.A. from George Washington University, where she was a four-year tennis scholarship recipient, playing number one singles. As a junior player, she held a top five ranking in the New England region and a national ranking. She was the assistant Women’s Tennis coach at Georgetown University from 1987-1993, and served as the Head Tennis Professional at Sutton Racquet Club from 1991-1999.
