Assistant Director of Sport Programs

Ben Mast joined the Campus Recreation Team in January 2024 as the Assistant Director of Sport Programs.

Ben received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland in 2020. Ben then attended Florida International University where he received his Master of Science degree in Sports Management, while also working as the Graduate Assistant for Sport Programs at FIU’s Wellness and Recreation Center.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys staying active and following sports, with his favorite being soccer. He has been a soccer referee since 2013, but still enjoys playing every once in a while for fun. He also likes to travel and experience new cultures, with his goal being to one day travel to every continent.
