Group Fitness Class Descriptions

A low-impact, high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class will be held in shallow water and is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Exercises are performed to lively, motivating music and are effective and easy to follow. Participants are welcome to wear swimming caps, but not necessary.

This is a no-impact, high-intensity class that emphasizes cardiovascular strength and endurance as well as flexibility, range of motion, and core strength. Classes are held in the deeper water of the pool, and participants will use flotation belts. No swimming skills are necessary. This class will be of particular benefit to runners and other active exercisers who are looking for a challenging workout as a low-impact alternative to conditioning on land. Participants are welcome to wear swimming caps, but they are not necessary.

Barre Above® blends the latest exercise science with the principles of the Lotte Burke method (the genesis of the Barre movement) to deliver a fusion of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training in each workout. Barre Above® is designed for a wide range of fitness levels, ages, and bodies, complete with progressions so those new to fitness feel successful their first time and seasoned Barre enthusiasts will always feel challenged.

​​BEAT (Barbell Exercises At Tempo) is a full-body, rhythmic weightlifting workout. Each track works a muscular group through the use of a barbell, paired with free-weights and bodyweight. BEAT exercises are set to world music rhythms to increase functional strength, power, control, and endurance. BEAT is designed for every fitness level.

This class is designed for those who suffer from lower back pain or want to enhance their deep core muscles to support their posture. The goal of this class is to meet participants where they are with their back health and guide them to total back wellness utilizing a variety of yoga tools. Breath work, gentle movement, and meditation. No prior yoga experience necessary. 

In this class, you’ll engage in a series of exercises that focus on core strength and stability. We will guide you through a circuit-style workout incorporating a variety of exercises that target different areas of your core, ensuring an effective workout. Join us for a core circuit workout class and experience the benefits of having a strong and stable core.

Moderately intense with a primary focus on movement precision, ENDURA-FLEX begins with an extended 10-minute warmup consisting of dynamic movements at mid-tempo. A subsequent block emphasizing proper stretch-and-flexing strength work follows before moving on to balance and cardio segments. Capitalizing on a warm-and-loosened body, the session culminates with static stretches to compliment each day’s exercises. All fitness levels welcome!

Strengthen and sculpt your glutes, fire up your core, and boost your cardiovascular endurance in this dynamic, high-energy class. Combining targeted exercises for the lower body with heart-pumping cardio intervals and core-focused movements, this workout is designed to burn calories and build muscle in all the right places. Whether you’re looking to tone up, improve your stamina, or just get a great workout, this class will leave you feeling strong, energized, and empowered. All fitness levels are welcome.

In Human Reformer™ Pilates class, participants harness the potential of their own body, using it as the ultimate reformer. With just 1 resistance band, participants can capture all the postural, core, and alignment challenges that reformer work is famous for– courtesy of Pilates mat programming that mirrors traditional reformer exercises.

Enhance your body’s range of motion and improve overall flexibility with this Mobility and Flexibility Yoga class. You’ll move through a series of mindful stretches and dynamic poses designed to increase joint mobility, release muscle tension, and promote better posture. Whether you’re looking to support your athletic performance or simply improve daily movement, this class will help you achieve greater physical ease and resilience. Suitable for all levels, no prior yoga experience is required.

This early morning vinyasa-style class is ideal for the future yogi (or current), who is looking to gain a foundational understanding of yoga poses at a beginner/moderate pace. Together we will lean into the importance of linking breath to movement, stretching our muscles and having some play time on our mats in the AM!

This slow and gentle class is beginner-friendly and will incorporate static yoga stretching (holding poses for a set amount of time 1-3 minutes). We will focus on reducing soreness, while increasing flexibility and allowing for moments of relaxation and reflection.

An all-terrain ride that will burn calories, build strength, and improve fitness. The energetic music motivates each rider through a variety of speed and resistance challenges. Each class will take you on a creatively designed ride to maximize your fitness potential. All Fitness levels welcome!

Get ready to groove and sweat with our high-energy step aerobics class. This dynamic class combines the intensity of step aerobics with some of the most memorable dance moves of Hip Hop & Pop, creating a unique fitness experience. Step cardio will help strengthen and tone your muscles, while also improving balance and overall body coordination. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, no dance experience is required! Bring your energy and join us for the ultimate fusion of fitness and fun!

Strength training circuit combines a series of full-body exercises that target all major muscle groups. From compound movements to isolated muscle exercises, this class will challenge you to push your limit and maximize your gains. All fitness levels welcome!

This class incorporates standing and seated positions to target all major muscle groups through dynamic stretching (moving through a range of motion that stretches your muscles) and static stretching (holding a position for a set amount of time). Add this class into your schedule to help you fight stress, decrease the potential for injury and stay pain-free. Open to all fitness levels!

This high-energy class combines strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises to target every muscle group for a full-body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is designed to boost your endurance, tone muscles, and enhance overall fitness.

Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, afrobeats, hip-hop, pop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso. No dance experience required.
