Joe Kraskinkas, a Spinning Master Instructor who teaches classes at Yates, was recently profiled on the Spinning website (new window).  In the profile, Joe describes his history and experience with Spinning and his passion and approach as an instructor.

Born and raised in Central Massachusetts, Joe now lives in Virginia just outside of Washington, DC. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) with a minor in Music. Joe also competed in Track and Field for WPI as a hurdler, sprinter, jumper, and multi-event athlete and is now an avid triathlete, qualifying for the USA Triathlon Age Group Championships every year since 2012. Joe is an active trumpet player with several groups in the greater Washington, DC, area.
