Guest Policy
Georgetown University grants Campus Recreation members the privilege of bringing guests into Yates Field House and on Kehoe Field. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests and must accompany their guest at all times when using Campus Recreation facilities. Failure to accept this responsibility will lead to suspension or revocation of membership privileges. For security reasons, all guests must present a photo ID before being allowed into the building or onto the field.
Guest fees are $10 for guests of Georgetown students and $15 for guests of visiting students and non-student members.
Guests must register as a customer in our online portal prior to their visit – Campus Recreation staff will not create accounts on site. Upon arrival at the facility, guests must provide a picture ID, sign our Guest Waiver, and pay the guest fee using a credit or debit card. Guests must be accompanied by a Campus Recreation member.
The following restrictions apply:
- Members may bring a maximum of three (3) guests per day. Members must be 18 years of age to bring a guest. Members cannot bring in any type of private instructor as their guests. Guest fees are for entrance only and do not include locks, towels, or other amenities. Guests are encouraged to bring their own lock for day-locker usage. To control overcrowding, Campus Recreation staff reserves the right to limit the number of available guest passes for each day.
- Alumni visiting campus from outside the D.C. metropolitan area (D.C. and the contiguous Maryland and Virginia counties) can enter Campus Recreation facilities by presenting a GU alumni card and paying the $15 guest fee. These “Out of Town” alumni visitors may bring up to three (3) guests for general usage at a fee of $15 each. Alumni residing in the D.C. metropolitan area must purchase an annual Alumni or Short-Term membership.
- For your protection, please do not bring in, as your guests, individuals who are loitering outside of Campus Recreation facilities.
