Small Group Training

Man leading small group through workout

We’re excited to launch our NEW Small Group Training program!
See the information below for how to sign up.

We are rolling out the option for clients to participate in small group personal training. This is a great way to workout with one or more friends, create accountability for coming to sessions, and/or save some money on the full cost of 1:1 training.

  • Training can be done in groups of 2 – 4 people.
  • Participants can be of different affiliations (student, member, non-member) but will be charged accordingly.
  • Each participant must fill out the interest form separately so that we have history, goals and contact information for everyone. There is space on the form to indicate who the other participant(s) in your group are so that a trainer will reach out to everyone together.
  • Once matched with a trainer, each participant will be charged via ActiveNet for the chosen package, with a 20% discount for group training.
  • Once a participant’s payment is received, they will complete a fitness assessment individually, which will allow them to go through health history/goals and complete baseline assessments.
  • After all payments and fitness assessments are complete, the assigned trainer will work with the group to schedule remaining sessions.
  • All participants are expected to attend each session. If a member cannot attend, the session will still be deducted from the overall package.
  • New participants cannot be added until the current package runs out and a new one is purchased.
