Active, Degree-Seeking Students

All active, degree-seeking students, which includes students in the School of Medicine, will have automatic access to Yates and Kehoe.

Students in Certificate Programs

Students in certificate programs interested in access to Yates Field House and Kehoe Field must complete a student verification card at the Front Desk in Yates to have the fee billed to their student account. The fee to access Yates Field House and Kehoe Field is $222.60 per semester, and the student verification card must be completed every semester.

Georgetown Faculty/Staff

All Faculty/Staff memberships and add-ons active as of March 15, 2020 were suspended during our closure, and will automatically be reactivated for Fall 2021. General access to our locker rooms and showers will continue to be free for all Bike to Work members. All membership fees that were in place in March 2020 will be honored, and will not increase this fall.

Automatic credit card payments for those with current faculty/staff memberships will begin on Wednesday, September 1. University payroll deductions will begin on Friday, September 10, and Medstar payroll deductions will begin on Friday, September 17. If you wish to cancel your membership, please send us an email by 5 p.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2021 to avoid being charged.

Back by popular demand! Those who wish to change their payments from credit card to payroll deduction may do so in the Membership Office beginning on Monday, August 30, 2021.

“Friends of Georgetown”, Alumni, Spouse, and Dependent Memberships
