Health & Wellness Coaching

Well Within: Health and Wellness Coaching at Yates Field House

Health & Wellness Coaching sessions will be offered primarily virtually this semester. In-person sessions (with masking required for both client and coach for the duration of the session) are available on a limited, case-by-case basis for Georgetown Campus Recreation members. Sessions will only be offered virtually for other membership categories for the Fall 2022 semester.

Yates Field House offers a personalized Health & Wellness Coaching program, where Georgetown students, faculty/staff, and community members are able to meet one-on-one with a Certified Health & Wellness Coach. During these individual sessions, the coach will complete dietary and exercise behavior assessments, individualized goal setting, and plan implementation.
