Yates Customer Service Representatives serve as primary customer-service staff for a variety of student, member, and customer needs. CSRs serve in the Main Office, Front Desk, and ProShop. Job duties include managing membership and class registrations, responding to in-person and phone inquiries, processing sales, patron check-in, and equipment check out. Candidates must have a pleasant personality and great interpersonal skills towards customer service. Attention to detail over a variety of tasks is critical in this position. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is desired. Some weekend work is required.
