Director of Memberships | Pro Shop Manager
Kimberly Harrell-Mills started working on the Yates team in October of 1999 as the Administrative Assistant in the main office of Yates. In the early 2000s, Kimberly was promoted to Membership Manager and in 2015, Director of Membership.
As the Director of Membership and Pro Shop Manager, you can find Kimberly working in the Pro Shop early mornings and spending time in the main office in the afternoon.
As the Director of Membership, Kimberly is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all members of Yates Field House. She is responsible for welcoming new members while maintaining good relationships with our on-going members. Other responsibilities of the Director of Membership are managing the day-to-day operation of the main office of the Field House, working with the Yates team to provide the best services possible to our members and providing support to the Director of Yates.
As the Pro Shop Manager, Kimberly is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Pro Shop which includes hiring and training staff and keeping the Pro Shop stocked with items members need to enjoy the facilities at Yates.
Kimberly completed her postsecondary education at Bowie State University in Bowie, MD. When not at Yates, Kimberly enjoys spending her downtime with her husband, Troy, and the cutest little Bichon Frise, Buddy. If you were to ask Kimberly what she’s most passionate about, the answer would be “I’m passionate about my family. They give me the strength to be me.”
