The Advisory Board for Club Sports (ABCS) was established in 2001 and has been an independent board under the Center for Student Programs since 2010. The board is composed of six undergraduate student members appointed by the outgoing Advisory Board. ABCS supervises the overall administration of Club Sports and seeks to establish a community for club athletes. ABCS advises teams that have access to benefits and determines which new clubs will be granted access to benefits under University policy. ABCS allocates funds and develops policy for the governance of all Club Sports under its jurisdiction. Board members meet weekly and post minutes on Hoyalink to ensure transparency and open communication with teams. Team members can meet with their respective Board representative during designated office hours in the Center for Student Programs.
