Returns/Exchanges
  • The original receipt is required for all returns/exchanges.
  • Items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be new, unused, unlaundered and have tags attached. The Pro Shop reserves the right to refuse returns on items that appear to have been worn, are not in good condition or are without tags.
  • A valid driver’s license, GoCard or permanent state issued ID is required for all returns.
  • Credit card returns will be refunded to the card used to purchase the item.
  • Goggles, swimwear and swim caps are non-refundable/exchangeable. No exceptions!
