Main Office Assistant

Yates Main Office Assistants serve as primary customer-service staff for a variety of student and member needs. Job duties include managing membership and class registrations, responding to in-person and phone inquiries, processing fees and maintaining the member database. Candidates must have a pleasant personality and great interpersonal skills towards customer service! Knowledge of Microsoft Office is desired. Some weekend work is required.
